It was the year 2011 in which the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta first acquired a Certificate of Excellence badge granted by TripAdvisor.com, the Internet’s largest authority on travel-related content reviews. Based on a superb qualification by our visitors, we then decided to step up to the game of delivering not only experiences that rock, but also consistency through it all.
As complex as the Hard Rock brand can be, we understood that an experience is as good as it can last, so why don’t make last forever? Each and every time a fellow visitor comes through the doors of our lobby, she or he must be absolutely confident that the next couple of days, things are going to be absolutely awesome.

After being a certificate winner for 5 years in a row now, Trip Advisor has granted us immediate entrance to the Hall Of Fame Certificate of Excellence Circle. This is only given to those hospitality entities that have kept a rigorous, almost a jealous way of retrieving consistency through the years on hospitality entrepreneurship.
This achievement is the result of the dynamism, the talent and enthusiasm of our Hard Rockers along with an unbeatable energy to project a work of art of international stature based on the values of our company and our beloved community.
