In preparation for the upcoming global expansion of Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, the new executives will contribute to developing, managing and successfully delivering the brand’s iconic experiences.

The new director of development for Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Josh Littman, will be responsible for the brand’s expansion activities in the EMEA region, including sourcing and negotiating transactions for new-build properties or conversions and, where appropriate, potential venture collaborations. Littman’s hotel and resort real estate knowledge gained during his tenure with AECOM, a Fortune 500 global firm, ranges from projects in India, Italy and Spain, to Ireland, Russia and Portugal.
Eddie Lynn, previously general manager of the Casino in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, will take on the role of director of operations for Hard Rock Casinos. His duties include casino programming, enhancement of operating policies and procedures and due diligence in connection with new casino development opportunities. With more than 35 years of experience in the gaming industry, from Costa Rica and Colorado to The Bahamas and Spain, Lynn will contribute savvy business strategy and knowledge to the growing brand.
Sal Rivera joins the team as regional director of operations for Latin America, where he will oversee delivery of brand standards and programs, support sales and marketing and facilitate training. Rivera’s nearly 20 years of hotel experience, including established hotel brands such as Hilton, will contribute managerial knowledge and strategic business consultation to the region.
