Hard Rock's Pinktober program is now entering its 10th amazing year. Hard Rock Cafes and Hard Rock Hotels everywhere are hosting Pinktober parties and live music events, raising awareness and money for local, national, and international charities. As well, most Hard Rock Hotels will be participating in the Pink Sheets program in which 25% the room rate for some very special rooms (decked out in pink, of course) will be donated to breast cancer research.

Each hotel property is participating in other ways, as well, and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, FL, is no exception.

To launch the initiative, tonight, Sept. 22, the Hollywood Hotel is throwing a Pink Pool Party at 7 p.m. for breast cancer survivors. Celebrated author Alesia Shute will be conducting a book signing at the Pink Pool Party. Shute was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 7. Her renowned book, Everything's Okay, is her story of survival that details not only her recovery, but also her struggles through school, boys, marriage, and pregnancy, with some hilarious tales of business to boot.

Hard Rock Hotel Penang is situated on five acres along the famous beaches of Batu Ferringhi, on the northern coast of Penang.  The six-story Hard Rock Hotel Penang recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation bringing together superb service, unparalleled amenities and well-appointed accommodations with a rock ’n’ roll edge. The renovation added additional rooms and suites, a full-service luxury spa and the highly anticipated Hard Rock Cafe Penang.

The newest hotel in the Hard Rock portfolio holds 233 rooms and 17 suites.  All Hillview Deluxe standard guest rooms have 312 square-feet of living space, while the Seaview Studio Suites expand to 570 square-feet. Most of the guest rooms offer stunning beach views, and the ground floor rooms facing the swimming pool feature spectacular private swim-up patios with wood trellis covers.  Hard Rock Hotel Penang boasts the only club floor in Batu Ferringhi, known as “Kings Club,” located on the top floor of the property.
