To celebrate the 15th anniversary of Indonesia's National Children's Day, Hard Rock Bali (including Hard Rock Hotel Bali, Hard Rock Cafe Bali, and Hard Rock Radio Bali) visited Yasa Kerthi Orphanage and donated 32 boxes of clothes, shoes, linens, books, toys, and food to help needy children in Bali. "In line with Hard Rock's mantra 'Love All, Serve All,' Hard Rock Bali is committed to supporting social and charitable events that benefit our local community. It is part of our promise to support our community through corporate social responsibility programs. Hard Rock Hotel Bali will continue to assist and monitor the development of this orphanage through our long term commitment ot support Yasa Kerthi. We strongly encourage our guests, staff, partners, and friends to join us in this humanitarian quest to make a difference in the live so needy children in Bali," said I.G.N. The activities started at noon, when all Hard Rockers arrived in Karangasem and had lunch together with the children of Yasa Kerthi Orphanage and then participated in various games, activities, and crafts.

Ella and Zainal Abidin, Malaysian rock legends and icons, became the first Malaysians to be featured in the Hard Rock Memorabilia Collection when they donated memorabilia to the brand new Hard Rock Hotel Penang. Ella, or, as she's known in Malaysia, Ratu Rock (The Queen Of Rock), donated jeans she recently wore on tour, as well as a guitar. Zainal Abidin donated drumsticks and a drum. This event marks the beginning of the hotel’s effort in supporting the local music scene. “We are thrilled that our local celebrities, such as Ella and Zainal Abidin, are sharing their precious collections with Hard Rock Hotel Penang.
